At this workshop, participants will learn how to individually improve their work as a library employee.
As a result of the workshop participants shall:
- Know a variety of ways to resolve workplace challenges.
- Be about to explain how their roles at the library contribute to the success of their library.
- Identify ways they can be leaders at their library.
- Be able to name four ideas they received from library staff who have similar work responsibilities.
