Make plans to attend!  This is an excellent opportunity to...
-SAVE time and money by 'block-booking' performers with other libraries.
-MEET the performers face-to-face and SEE them perform in-person before inviting them to your library.
-SHARE program ideas with a variety of performers and librarians.
-SIMPLIFY booking programs by scheduling multiple event dates with a variety of performers all in one place.

Tips on how to make the most of the Showcase:
-Bring your Summer Program calendar, and highlight your important weekly program dates (kick-off, wrap-up, other special event dates, etc.).
-Visit the performers' websites and speak with other cooperative members ahead of time to make 'block-booking' easier.

We'll see you there!
