Midwest Collaborative for Library Services (MCLS)
A great website for purchasing technology items as well as several other items is remcsave.org. After registering for an account, you can browse the many different items, they have available for consumers. Most computers listed are about half the price that they would be through another vendor. Many items are either half or a third of the cost that the consumer would usually pay.
